Managing Your Anger When it Flares | June 7, 2022
Live Webinar | June 7, 2022 | 8-9pm EST
For parents of children of all ages.
Build awareness of your thoughts, words, and actions to foster closer, more secure relationships.
All parents experience moments of anger, frustration, and exasperation from the daily pressures of raising a family. While it's only human that we lose our cool sometimes, it can bring us to extreme states that are neither healthy nor productive. Finding calm in moments of conflict keeps everyone grounded and helps parents teach their kids to manage their own anger.
Join us to:
- explore the purpose of anger
- understand what's behind your anger
- learn a 4-step process to manage angry moments
Your enrollment includes access to the video recording, an audio version that you can listen to podcast-style, and handouts.
***Note: PEP is unable to provide Certificates of Completion for participating in this webinar.

"... approaching this subject was a great balance of both concern and lightness, the instructor also brought a realistic approach to the topic, (i.e., yes, we're going to have meltdowns and, we're working to reduce them.)"
